Neat house!Are they planning on living there all year or just winter?
My understanding is that they will live down here 8 or 9 months out of the year. One of the attractions of the location was the security.

I rode all the way to the other side of the valley to see Dean and Sue. Good to see them again. They are buying a house in Sun City West Dean and Buck took me up to see it. The sale isn't final yet, so I didn't get inside, but it's a handsome house.
