Interesting design, any particular history behind it other than selected as the family crest?

Rob said, your family crest is a vagina with a starfish in the middle? From that photo, it could be Sr. from american chopper. Nice guns, you been working out? I thought you were right handed? Steve and I went for a 110 mile ride around Belfair/Seabeck/Tahuya. Nice day but cool. Only reached a high of 59 degrees. It was only 45-55 most of the ride with some frost in shady places. It was nice to get out and Steve's heated clothing kept him warm while my heated grips and seat kept my hands and bum warm. My core got a little cold. The good news was my butt did not get uncomfortable or sore over the three hour ride. I couldn't go much more than an hour before. I think me and the seat have gotten to know eachother finally. Thanks for the reminder on lodging for our ride. Steve needs to finalize the route.............unless it is finalized and I don't know it. More later

Ever since I saw the family crest carved in the stone of the church in the village of Church Minshull, I have thought about this tattoo. The "artist" didn't want to do a solid shield shape outline and I went along with the design. I did not let him do it in color.

Rob - you're a funny guy.

Minshull was listed as Manshale in The Domesday Book and the crest is described as "an estoile issuing from a crescent argent". - not a vagina with a starfish in the middle.
